At Swak BPO Corp., we specialize in customized staffing and consulting solutions for small to medium sized businesses with primary emphasis on the insurance industry including insurance retailers, wholesalers, and carriers. We provide outsourcing services in our remote facilities, these services include: Insurance Back Office, Accounting/Finance, Customer Service, Lead Generation, Data Entry, IT, Marketing, Legal Support Services among others. Position Overview: As a Search Engine Optimization Specialist at Swak BPO Corp., your mission will be to enhance our organic search visibility and performance across major search engines. You will be instrumental in driving more traffic, improving engagement rates, and increasing the overall visibility of our digital presence. The role demands a proactive and knowledgeable individual who is deeply entrenched in SEO best practices and digital marketing trends. Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute robust SEO strategies to meet business objectives.
- Continuously optimize our website and content to achieve higher rankings in search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Conduct thorough audits of our website to ensure optimal technical health.
- Implement schema markup, improve site speed, and ensure mobile optimization.
- Work closely with content creators to ensure that all content is optimized for SEO, incorporating best practices for keyword density and relevance.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, making adjustments to strategy as necessary.
- Perform in-depth keyword research to identify and target high-value search terms.
- Continually refresh keyword strategies based on market and search trends.
- Develop and execute a link-building strategy focused on acquiring high-quality inbound links to enhance domain authority.
- Monitor, track, and report on SEO performance metrics.
- Use analytics to derive insights and formulate enhancement strategies.
- Keep abreast of SEO strategies employed by industry leaders and competitors.
- Leverage competitive insights to inform and adjust our SEO tactics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 3 -5 years of experiencein improving SEO results and achieving business KPIs.
- In-depth understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
- Strong technical proficiency, with an ability to implement SEO best practices across various platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- SEO certification (e.g., Google Analytics) is a strong plus.
