Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate factory operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.Manage site activities, including construction, maintenance, and safety protocols.Not limited to the above, further responsibilities to be discussed in the interview.Requirements:Male between 40-50 years old.Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical, building, and engineering fields.Strong leadership and managerial skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Must pass knowledge testing during the selection process.Salary Increase:Salary increase will be negotiated and re-evaluated after 6 months of satisfactory performance.To apply, please submit your CV to *****@*****.co.za.
