We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data analytics solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data analytics and visualization, and experience working with business intelligence.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
2. Work with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data analytics solutions
3. Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports
4. Write technical documents to explain data analytics systems and processes
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in business intelligence and data analytics
6. Collaborate with data security and privacy teams to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
7. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
8. Participate in the development of project plans and budgets

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to support business decision-making
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Strong programming skills in languages such as SQL and R
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
