Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results. Analyze financial information and summarize financial status. Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending. Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures. Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers. Participate in financial standards setting and, in the forecast, process. Provide input into the department’s goal-setting process. Prepare financial statements and produce a budget according to the schedule. Assist with tax audits and tax returns. Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance. Plan, assign, and review staff’s work Support month-end and year-end close process Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen. Qualifications and skills: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus. Proven experience (5+ years) as an Accountant, preferably with experience in a senior role. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards applicable tax regulations. Proficiency in using financial software and ERP systems for accounting and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team. Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close.
