Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients and prospects to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships.
- Take detailed notes during meetings and input information into CRM system. Ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing to organise business development and thought leadership events (both in-person and webinars).
- Maintain a systematic follow-up process for new business leads and existing clients.
- Identify upselling opportunities for clients.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the corporate and fund service industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of fund management is a plus, but not mandatory
- Knowledge of corporate and fund services is a plus.
