Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities

  • Be a main point of contact for Change communication ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of change related activity, scheduling coordination, process, procedure and communication of Changes.
  • End to end processing of Change Request support model.
  • Interdependency assessment on the up/downstream impact
  • Ensure all change requests are supported with relevant documents and approval from relevant parties in timely manner.
  • Work closely and provide guidance to Application/Project Managers/Platform etc to ensure that changes are auditable, downtime and that only correct, authorized and tested can be implemented into production.
  • Manage multiple work streams and priorities to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Run projects on the new requirements.
  • Maintenance of a list of CRs list c/w application supported with the contact details and distribution list.
  • Provide input for SLAs and KPIs to Management monthly internal reporting.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or a related field involving Change Management Process, or equivalent technical practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in change management process and methodologies
  • Strong Knowledge in various Change Control tools
  • Good in project planning
  • Experience in coordinating on the Change Control meetings and discuss the risk and impact of changes with the requestors and Application Managers.
  • Excellent team player and has the ability to work effectively at all levels.
  • Strong experience in excel and PowerPoint.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Required a 24x7 standby support to handle escalation or Emergency Change.
