ABOUT THE ROLE As a SeniorSocial Media Strategy Manager at Gisou, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's online presence and expanding our reach across social media platforms. You'll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that capture the essence of our brand, engage our audience, and drive our business forward. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a dynamic, social-first beauty brand. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with marketing and commercial initiatives.
Responsibility for the strategic execution of campaigns and initiatives across priority platforms.
Shape and develop a best-in-class social strategy based on analytics and insights, tracking and measuring the performance of campaigns and initiatives and delivering insights to the wider business.
Provide detailed reports and insights based on key performance indicators, user engagement, and conversion metrics.
Collaborate with the commercial, marketing and creatives teams to develop and execute strategic plans for social media, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Identify opportunities to optimize posting schedules based on audience behavior and platform algorithms.
Work closely with retail partners to coordinate best-in-class assets for launches and activations.
Provide marketing assets to enhance brand visibility across various channels.
Conduct regular analysis of competitors' social media strategies and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

8+ years of proven experience in managing high-engagement social media accounts, particularly on TikTok and Instagram.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices, specifically within a beauty environment.
Laser focus on competitive activity and trends and inherent knowledge of how to convert this knowledge into action.
Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
Creative mindset with a passion for beauty and cosmetics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
