Supervise and coordinate theactivities of the bell staff, including attendants anddrivers.Provide guidance, training, andmotivation to ensure the team consistently delivers exceptionalguest service.Greet guests as they arrive anddepart from the hotel with a warm and welcomingdemeanor.Assist guests with luggage, ensuringit is handled with care and delivered to their roomspromptly.Provide information and assistance toguests, such as directions, transportation options, andrecommendations for local attractions andservices.Oversee the management oftransportation services, such as arranging taxis, airport shuttles,or valet parking, and coordinating guest transportationneeds.Ensure that guest belongings are handledwith care and that proper procedures are followed for tagging andretrieval.Maintain effective communicationwith the Front Office and other hotel departments to ensureseamless service and guest satisfaction.Handleguest inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly andprofessionally.
