Job details
Responsiblity:Identify andassess the training needs of the organization through job analysis,career paths and consultation withmanagers.Develop individualized and grouptraining programs that address specific businessneeds.Develop training manuals that targettangible results.Implement effective andpurposeful training methods.Effectively managethe training budget.Evaluate organizationalperformance to ensure that training is meeting business needs andimproving performance.Assessemployees' skills, performance and productivity toidentify areas of improvement.Drive brandvalues and philosophy through all training and developmentactivities.Effectively communicate with teammembers, trainers and management.Create acurriculum to facilitate strategic training based on theorganizations goals.Select and manageresources, including working with both internal employees andtraining vendors to develop and delivertraining.Manage the technologies and technicalpersonnel required to develop, manage and delivertraining.Keep abreast of training trends,developments and bestpractices.
