Furthermore, it has recently joined a larger engineering services group, prioritizing value-added construction services, and has successfully completed over SR 3 billion worth of construction across 60 projects, emphasizing strong customer relationships and outstanding performance.We have exciting opportunities with one of Saudi Arabia's top-ranked construction companies.Work Location: Dammam (Sites) - Saudi ArabiaKey AccountabilitiesConduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using state-of-the-art surveying equipment and technology.Collect and analyze data to create precise survey reports and maps.Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to support project planning and execution.Prepare legal documents and maintain land records.Lead and supervise surveying teams, providing mentorship and guidance (Senior Surveyors).Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.A minimum of 6 up to 10 years of surveying experience.Professional Engineering License is a plus.Experience in construction projects.Proficiency in using advanced surveying equipment and software.Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
