Pediatric(CCU) 3 years of experience in the same Field and same position(for the charge nurses) .Dataflow is a must.Saudi license holder is a plus.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job description and responsibilitiesMonitoring patient vitals such as blood pressure, heart rate, respiration rate, temperature, and weight on a frequent basis to ensure they are within normal limits. Manging staff nurses during the shift work(their performance). Monitoring the child's progress and communicating with other health care professionals regarding treatment plans and patient progressPerforming physical examinations on patients, including listening to lungs with a stethoscope and checking pulses in arms and legsPreparing infants for feeding by suctioning out their noses and mouths with a bulb syringeMonitoring the infant's feeding schedule, administering feeding through a tube that has been inserted into the stomach through the navel, and changing diapers as neededRecording information about patient symptoms, reactions to medications, and progress during nursing assessmentsObserving and documenting patient behavior, including interactions with family members, visitors, and staff membersProviding emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times, such as death or serious illness.Must have leadership and managment ability and skills . ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Upload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do.
