If you're prepared to steer our company towards unparalleled success, we invite you to apply.ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for the product building a great team, a scalable product you will:• Assess and incorporate new technologies, tools, and scalable infrastructure, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.• Excel in data analysis, A/B testing, and using metrics to steer product development and enhance user experience.• Outline objectives for product research and discovery, propelling the team towards relentless execution.• Guarantee the establishment of clear, continuously improving delivery, and quality assurance processes.• Set, monitor, and communicate product goals (OKRs and KPIs) to stakeholders.• Articulate product and technology strategies to customers, partners, and shareholders.• Persistently refine product processes and methodologies, encouraging best practices and knowledge exchange across projects.• Have a comprehensive understanding of regulations and compliance issues in the financial sector, particularly those relevant to mortgage brokerage.• Employ research methodologies during product discovery to comprehend user challenges and explore viable solutions creatively, testing hypotheses and features efficiently.• Craft the product vision, maintain and communicate a product roadmap, and ensure product delivery.• Own, manage, and prioritize a well-structured product backlog, craft detailed user stories, and lead SCRUM/KANBAN meetings.• Prioritize customers in daily tasks to enhance the digital product based on a deep understanding of user/customer needs and market insights.• Identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.Must-Have requirements and qualificationsYou are among the 1% of people who are true entrepreneurs at heart! Then this is a fantastic opportunity for you!.• You embody the spirit of a true entrepreneur, making this opportunity perfect for you!• 5+ years of proven experience in product management at a Senior Level.• Previous experience in Proptech or Fintech, with a demonstrated track record of successful Fintech product development.• A strong passion for creating products that customers adore, never accepting defeat, always ready to push through, and committed to a mission.• In-depth knowledge of the mortgage market, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage various stakeholders' expectations.• Skilled in translating business and user requirements into a technical roadmap leading to product-market fit and growth.• High-level understanding of product technical aspects (frontend, backend, infrastructure).• User-centric approach to product development, including user research, designing user experiences, and incorporating customer feedback into product development.• Proficient in tracking product delivery efficiency, quality, and agility, with a focus on continual improvement.• Excellent communicator and empathetic moderator, adept at calmly listening and open to feedback.• Comfortable making decisions amidst ambiguity and overcoming inevitable challenges.• Independent problem-solver, fully accountable for outcomes.• Fluent in English and Arabic.• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.• Currently based in the GCC and willing to relocate to Riyadh, KSA.Nice-To-Have Technical Prerequisites:As a Senior Product Manager for our mortgage brokerage venture, you will be leading a team in an environment built on micro-services architecture.
