Job details

• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, budgets and required marketing resources (humans and materials)• Establish strategies, policies and procedures for negations, purchase & contracting in addition to sales processes.• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis • Draw the communications and media plans and PR programs and supervise their development and implementation.• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and track project deliverables• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations• Define project success criteria and circulate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise marketing, sales and CRM team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project• Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential pitfalls, and devise contingency plans English - Fluent / Excellent Arabic - Fluent / Excellent Own a CarAnyHave Driving LicenseAny Job Skills • University degree or MBA (preferred)• Five years direct work experience in a marketing management capacity, including all aspects of sales and public relations• Knowledge and experience with marketing of IT solutions, applications and e-business• Readiness to travel (domestic and international) whenever required• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines• Successful experience interacting with corporate executives, other levels in an Organisation, as well as external people• Ability to prioritise potential customer leads to ensure achievement of sales targets• Leadership skills for team and planning activities and deadlines• Strong verbal and written communication skills including written report preparation, memos, and presentations About The Company Taqneen Electronic Solutions Co., Ltd. is a Saudi limited liability company founded in 2007, derived from Labbaik Operations and Marketing Co., Ltd., the developer and the initiator of the conceptof e-government in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the leading integrated solutions provider for the hospitality industry since the beginning of this century.Taqneen is proud of being unique in providing academic and practical solutions for the government and the business sectors for management excellence in parallel with the development of the software to accomplish their goals in timely manner.
