Senior Executive Manager - Project EngineerJob Description• Lead and supervise engineering projects from conception to fit out delivery, ensuring adherence of project scope, timelines, budget, quality standards, risk and customer satisfaction.• Lead the assessment of project feasibility, taking into consideration budgetary constraints, resource requirements, and technical feasibility.• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, and ensure efficient project execution and delivery.• Stay up to date with advancements in engineering technologies, methodologies, and industry standards, and incorporate relevant changes into project designs.• Provide technical guidance and support to resolve complex engineering issues and challenges during project implementation.• Ensure smooth transitioning to FM for operation.• Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement necessary mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful project outcomes.• Develop AOP with alignment of the business strategy• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring deliverables are met, maintaining a high standard of workmanship, and negotiating contracts and pricing• Collaborate with cross-functional internal & external teams, including business units, design offices, vendors and suppliers and 3rd parties, to define project objectives, technical specifications, and resolve potential challenges.• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and enhance internal processes, tools, and best practices, with a focus on continuous improvement.• Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and assisting with their professional growth.Skills Architectural.
