You will be working as a part of Operations Excellence team which drives continuous improvement projects and interact with client or internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives. This team is responsible for breaking down the end-to-end process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation/transformation roadmaps. This team is also responsible for delivering large scale end-to-end process transformation projects for global clients. In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities:You would be responsible for developing business insights through in-depth data analysis by evaluating business requirements, identify sources of data, and use BI tools (Power Bi or Tableau) to create analytically rich solutions to critical business questions. Also responsible for creating reports & maintaining documentation of database workflows, requirements, policies, and procedures The Reporting team works on daily reports required by senior leadership and help deliver the requirements in a timely and accurate manner with business insights.You will also have to have the ability to transform them to visualized tools and databases so that more insights can be driven for leadership teams.
