Sourcing and recruitment for vacancies based on department's requirements and business needs.Collects and compiles HR matrix and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors' practices, and other sources.Uses critical thinking skills to analyze HR metrics and data from various sources and identify patterns related to employee engagement, turnover, and compliance.Analyzing HR metrics to recommend policies and activities that improve organizational culture, including strategies to attract and hire top talent, enhance employee engagement and retention, address staffing challenges, and ensure legal compliance.Examines HR metrics and data to identify trends and patterns related to employee recruitment, retention, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.SkillsProblem Solving & Result Orientation.Demonstrates a strong ability to solve problems and achieve desired outcomes.Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.Skilled in problem-solving and committed to achieving results through effective solutions.
