You'll interact directly with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure regulatory requirements are met. You'll develop functionality and continuous improvement of our innovative HSE program.As a Senior Health and Safety Leader (HSE) - KSA, you will be responsible for:Overseeing all aspects of health, safety and environmental programs to maintain full compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as internal and external business requirements and driving continuous improvementInfluencing and mentor facility leadership toward the strengthening of an Interdependent HSE Culture in KSASupporting HSE leadership team with Country level HSE KPIs and progress on HSE goals in PCsCommunicating with local governmental authorities for new decree updatesHandling customer HSE requests with business leaders to support existing and future contracts in KSADeveloping, preparing and presenting regular updates to facility leadership on key HSE performance indicatorsServing as HSE technical expert for process hazard analyses, management of change, incident investigation, hot work permitting, emergency planning and responseFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a related subjectHave at least 7 years' experience in health, safety & environment in the oil & gas industry with significant leadership and functional management experienceBe certified in one or more relevant HSE and lead auditor certificationsHave substantial experience of working within the HSE discipline and frameworkDemonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating large teams within a global matrix environmentHave the ability to lead programs & projects.
