Consumer Category Manager Jobs in Khobar, Saudi Arabia by Merge Recruitment Agency | ArabJobs.com Consumer Category ManagerMerge Recruitment Agency - Khobar, Saudi Arabia Posted In 14/5/2015 Apply For Job Applicants 64 Views 6508 Job Description - Develop on-floor services standards, processes and KPIs- Lead the planning and the execution of the first and subsequent stores’ on-floor services Manage day-to-day activities related to the on-floor services “wedding & gifting, academy, café, nail bar and others”- Liaise and contract with 3rd parties providers, as and when the need arise- Conduct field visits to the store(s) to oversee the implementation of the on-floor services- Captures insights continuously by performing regular and systematic customer research and activities (e.g. surveys, customer focus groups, electronic customer feedback from stores, feedback from customer facing staff)- Lead cross functional meetings presenting key findings of POS data analysis/ customer researches and highlighting future plans and their implementation- Continuously monitor the industry trends and competitors’ activities to initiate new on-floor services and ensure better customer experience- Develop and maintain customer initiatives such as loyalty programs, gift cards… etc- Consistently improve the level of the provided services and innovate new value added services initiatives- Collaborate with the Designers, Buyers, Visual Merchandisers and other related parties for the on-floor services on-going activities, development and improvement- Create the on-floor services full calendar and work on its perfect execution in coordination with the Marketing Manager- Administer the on-floor services marketing & advertising activities and analyze outcomes- Create concepts & brand identity for new and existing services in collaboration with the Marketing Manager- Work on reaching our customers through innovative and trendy manners i.e. social media, circulars…etc- Conduct all trainings related to on-floors services to all employees “HQ and stores”- Achieve all CE targets and preparing proper reporting Job Category Marketing & Business Development Job Requirements Experience Min: 5 Years Max: 7 Years Career LevelSupervisor/ Manager Job TypeFull Time Vacancies1 Open Positions Salary Negotiable GenderMale Degree LevelBachelor's degree Faculty / Institute Any Major Business Administration Age Any NationalityEgypt Residence Location Egypt Languages English - Fluent / Excellent Own a CarAny Have Driving LicenseAny Job Skills • Bachelor Degree in business administration• 5-7 years of experience in the related field, retail experience is a plus• Good User for MS Office (excel, word, power point, etc.)• Fluency in English About The Company تعمل الشركة على توظيف و إلحاق العمالة داخل و خارج جمهورية مصر العربية بجميع التخصصات المهنية والفنية .
