Job Title: QA QC ManagerLocation:Saudi ArabiaJob Type: Full-TimeJob Description:We are looking for an experienced QA QC Manager to lead our quality assurance and control department. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management, the ideal candidate will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our quality assurance and control systems. The QA QC Manager will ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation, aiming for the highest quality of products/services.Main Responsibilities:Develop and oversee all aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure best practices in QA and QC are implemented.Lead the QA QC team in setting quality standards and goals for both products and processes.Conduct regular quality assessments, including audits and inspections, to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Collaborate with other departments (e.g., R&D, production, and supply chain) to integrate quality control aspects into all facets of operations.Manage supplier quality, including conducting supplier audits and assessments, and working closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues.Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product/process failures.Review and approve quality documentation, ensuring all processes and procedures are documented accurately.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen.Ensure customer satisfaction by managing quality concerns, complaints, and feedback effectively.Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in quality management.RequirementsEssential Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in a QA QC management role, preferably in the sector.Proven track record of leading a quality department and improving processes.In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality control standards.Certification as a Quality Manager (CQM), Quality Auditor (CQA), or equivalent is highly desirable.BenefitsSkills Required:Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented with a strategic approach to achieving objectives.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
