Role Purpose: To identify, gather, and analyze the business requirements in order to fulfill the business needs and meet the business expectations as per NEOM authority mandate.Key Responsibilities: Oversee and lead requirements discovery, solution design, business requirements gathering & writing, product development, and user acceptance testing.Perform requirements analysis and process engineering. Works in an agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.Partners with the stakeholders and cross-functional team to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, use cases, workflows, business rules, and any artifacts needed to fulfill the product requirements document.Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders. Conduct any activity needed to cover the business analysis and product management including but not limited to: requirements analysis gathering, utilizing international techniques & global standards, and follow the best practicesMonitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process.People Management Set performance objectives, provide the necessary support, evaluate/appraise staff, and provide regular feedback on performance.Background & Skills:A Saudi professional with +7 years of experience building digital government services/ products as a Product Manager.Strong communication skills, written and verbal, both in Arabic and English.Strong leadership skills and proven ability to simultaneously manage a wide number of different functional areas.Creativity and critical thinking skills.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Solid knowledge in the digitalization field, understating of emerging technologies.A proven ability to motivate staff and provide appropriate developmental opportunities that increase operational performance.Qualifications: Minimum of bachelor's degree in business, IT, computer engineering, or any equivalent
