Highlights: Nana funding: $29M Current funding stage: Series B Nana backed by: STV, MEVP, Wamda Capital, Saudi Venture Capital, Impact46, Watar Partners Duties and Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Marketing teams and Growth Manager to manage, create and deploy campaigns - Manage the campaign execution process for growth hacks to ensure regularly-scheduled sends are completed in a timely fashion, and that unscheduled sends are executed in accordance with pre-agreed customer deadlines - Build emails, Canvases , Push Notifications, In-app and other channel campaignsRun A/B Testing campaign amp; experiments to get the optimal conversion rate and meet the target (360 understanding of Braze) - Manage email and canvases revision and approval process through the deployment of proofs - Manage subscriber data, import and segmentation to create targeted campaigns - Understand and optimize campaigns that drive consumer acquisition, retention amp; engagement - Serve as a POC for stakeholders on CRM execution excellence, guidelines and expertise - Run post campaign analysis amp; reporting on daily basis - Collaborate with Growth manager on the monthly amp; Quarterly planJob Specifications Requirements:A minimum of 2-3+ years experience in Braze, Salesforce or other CRM platformsKnowledge of customer journey communications such as drip campaigns, trigger based events, etcProficiency with Email coding (responsive design - HTML, CSS) languagesAnalytical skill; understanding marketing / campaign data and drawing relevant insightsResearching skillsBest Regards, Information Technology and Services - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
