About Our Client Our client is one of the iconic Saudi Vision 2030 mega projects. The Product Manager - BIM & GIS Solutions will be based in Riyadh. Job Description The Product Manager - BIM & GIS Solutions will be responsible for:Interacting with business stakeholders owners to understand requirements and define product strategy for Digital Design Tools, BIM & GIS solutions such as AutoCAD, Bim360 / ACC, Revit, Navisworks, Revitzo, ArcGIS, etc.Development of product roadmapsLeading teams that comprise of Solution Designers, Solution Architects and Solution Delivery ManagersOverseeing product deliveryDriving continuous improvement efforts within the technology function, promoting innovation and operational excellencePerforming regular product reviews, assessing performance against KPIs and driving necessary enhancementsFoster a culture of collaboration, problem-solving, and customer-centric product development within the team The Successful Applicant The Product Manager - BIM & GIS Solutions will be/have:A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science (Master's degree preferred)A relevant certifications such as PMBOK, PMP, Prince2, ITILv4 Service Management10+ years of experience in Technology, with at least 4+ years in a managerial role leading the delivery of Digital Design Tools, BIM & GIS solutionsExperience of working in large, complex construction projects that are highly customer-centricStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with and influence a variety of stakeholder groupsStrong vendor management skillsConfident in interacting with senior stakeholders including C-suite, Directors, etc.Up to date with the latest technologies within Digital Design Tools, BIM & GISBased in/willing to relocate to Riyadh What's on Offer An attractive package, along with family benefits (including schooling), would be on offer for the successful candidate.
