We are also deeply invested in our worldwide employees with the hearts of pioneers and minds of engineers, highly committed and connected in this industry.Today, Siemens Mobility in Saudi Arabia is looking to hire a Warehouse Manager to join our team in Riyadh.What are my responsibilities ?Develop and deploy Warehousing StrategyDefines and ensures implementation of warehousing guidelines, procedures, and regulationsMaintenance and successfully operate CMMS warehouse system as defined by the customerDrive Health, Safety, and Environmental performanceTakes care effectively for risk management measuresEnsures efficiency of warehouse staff and operations, by imparting necessary trainings, awareness session and Toolbox talksLead warehouse organization assigned and related staff for 3 shifts warehousing, staff shifts rotation and their work performance trackEfficiently and transparently manage warehousing activities as per CMMS methodologyRecepit of incoming deliveries with documentationProper storage with documentationTimely issuances, transfers, and return with documentationInventory cross checks with documentationEnsure from staff Material identification (marking labelling)Proper stacking of materials at designated storage areasAdhere to material handling proceduresTo manage Scrap and Waste management as per procedurePeriodic Stock counts and Stock reports/analysis, manages and contribute towards Stock Control.Takes on the spot operational decisions related with daily warehousing topicsCoordinate and handle warehouse management topics internally and with external supplier / service providersSafeguarding of Siemens and Customer Stock and ensuring contractual obligations are met.Responsible for warehousing related KPIs.Job SpecificationWhat do I need to qualify for this job ?Bachelor's degree or other equivalent qualification from a reputable university or collegeGood knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and databasesProven working experience for managing warehouse management environment and personnel's across multi warehouse locations / sites.Ability to plan and organize shift work schedulesAbility to work under pressure and meeting deadlinesAbility to work and monitor three shiftsStrong decision making, problem-solving and mentoring skills, motivational and teamworking skillsVery Good level of English while Arabic language proficiency is a plusWhat else do you need to know ?As a world leader in developing and producing the most advanced technologies, we improve lives and further human achievements worldwide, while also protecting the climate - all thanks to our employees.
