Key Job Descriptions:• Validate and book expense invoices in ERP system• Make timely vendor payments• Vendor reconciliations• Reconcile vendor liability and advance balance at month end• Close open vendor vendor advances at month end• Other adhoc tasks as assigned by the managerRequirements:• Diploma in accounting• Minimum two years of relevant experience• Good knowledge of ERP systems e.g. MS Dynamics• Advance knowledge of MS Excel• Well organized and disciplined• Good communication skills• Ability to work under pressureDesired Candidate ProfileEducation:Bachelor of Commerce(Commerce), Bachelor of Business Administration(Management)Gender:nmNationality:Any Nationality
