Eram Talent, a leading Talent Acquisition Company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join their team. Eram Talent specializes in providing recruitment solutions to clients in the hospitality industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the client base within the hospitality sector. You will proactively identify potential clients, build and nurture relationships, and close deals to achieve revenue targets. Eram Talent offers a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Responsibilities Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including networking events and online platforms Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients Negotiate contract terms and close sales, ensuring revenue targets are met Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of recruitment projects Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Requirements Minimum of 3 or more years experience as a Sales Executive in the hospitality industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a drive to succeed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools Proficiency in English, both written and spoken Flexibility to travel as required BenefitsSalary is not a constraint ,company is looking for right candidate .If interested in applying, Please fill out the below Google sheet.https://forms.gle/hGbAnGiBUGfU4y8U7
