As an Optometristyou will work as part of a team delivering total satisfaction to our customers through conducting thorough eye examinations and aftercare. You'll offer our customers recommendations to the highest professional and ethical standards. You will use your knowledge to effectively identify customer needs and recommend eyewear and eye care solutions accordingly.In addition you will act as an ambassador for RETAIL BANNER, ensuring every customer is welcomed into the store and to ensure their expectations are exceeded throughout the customer experience. You'll get to perform almost all store functions including opening and closing, merchandising and of course selling. As a Luxottica ambassador you will understand and bring to life the Luxottica characteristics and the Oliver Peoples culture.Major duties & ResponsibilitiesDeliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalismCoach assistants to consistently deliver effective selling behaviours resulting in high customer engagementExamine eyes of patients of all ages in accordance with the local guidelinesIssue prescriptions for spectacles or contact lenses (if available)Offer help and advice for patients choosing frames and lensesLiaise with other medical practitionersMeet sales targets with regard to selling spectacles & Contact lensesWhat you'll need to succeedMinimum of 1-year experience and in possession of an optical diplomaWritten and verbal communication skills in EnglishLicensed Optician by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties is a must.What we can offer youWith us,you will turn your aspirations into reality.
