JASARA PMC is seeking expression of interest for the role of Governance Manager (Policies, Procedures & Standards). In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and standards across the organization. As the Policies, Procedures & Standards Manager, you will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You will also support the organization by providing guidance and training on policies, procedures, and standards to employees. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic and innovative company in the civil engineering industry.Responsibilities Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for the organization. Review and update existing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather information and insights for the development of new policies, procedures, and standards. Provide guidance and training to employees on policies, procedures, and standards. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of policies, procedures, and standards, and recommend improvements as necessary. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to governance, policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure consistent implementation of policies, procedures, and standards across the organization. Work with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Governance, or related field. 15+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on policies, procedures, and standards development. Strong knowledge of governance principles and practices. Experience in the civil engineering or construction industry is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
