As a Mechanic within their dealership, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continued satisfaction and safety of their fleet of vehicles by providing expert mechanical services and repairs. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on a variety of makes and models. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and provide recommendations for repairs. Maintain accurate records of all services performed and parts used. Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and ensure their understanding of recommended services. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and best practices through ongoing training and professional development. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic, preferably in a dealership setting. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues on various vehicles. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document work performed. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
