They are seeking a visionary leader to manage multiple high-profile projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards and deliver market-leading solutions for their hyperscale clients. Here's what you'll do:

• Orchestrate project plans and manage the scope of work for third-party design consultants.
• Oversee the entire design process, guaranteeing compliance with regulations and client specifications.
• Support internal teams with design expertise and problem-solving skills.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and project success.
• Champion collaboration across departments, breaking down silos and driving innovation.

• Boasts 5+ years of experience managing design consultants in the construction industry.
• Possesses an in-depth understanding of data centre design, construction techniques, and operational challenges.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing deadlines and exceeding expectations.
• Is a master communicator, both verbally and in writing (English fluency is a must, with additional European language skills a plus).
