Liberty Industrial is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead heavy industrial decommissioning and demolition projects in Scotland, 1.5 hours away from Inverness. - £100,000/yr base salary plus £20,000/yr project allowance for remote site work;
- Work Schedule: 2 week roster : 10 days on and 4 days off, working 10 hour days from Tuesday to Thursday. Enjoy a long weekend at home every fortnight.

- Leadership: Direct and coordinate project activities and the work team, including Project Engineers, HSEQ Manager, and Site Manager.
- and Compliance: Ensure high-standard completion of project documentation and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
- Engagement: Professionally interact with clients, employees, and subcontractors, and assist in developing quality professional relationships to optimize new business opportunities.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in heavy industrial decommissioning, demolition, and dismantling, with a preference for experience working within refineries, power stations, heavy industry and off-shore decommissioning.
- Tertiary qualifications are preferred, alongside relevant industry qualifications (e.g., CSCS-CCDO, NVQ 6+) and proven experience with budgeting and contracts.
- You should have a good commercial background, experience with CDM 2015, IOSH/NEBOSH certification, proficiency in MSt Project, and strong IT, communication, and organizational skills.
