Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of current financial systems, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work on the design, development, testing, and implementation of financial IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Perform data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes and drive strategic initiatives within the organization.
- Monitor and maintain financial IT systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Provide training and support to end users on new systems and tools, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing user adoption and satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, with specific expertise in private banking preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, investment products, and regulatory requirements in the private banking sector.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets, creating reports, and presenting findings to diverse audiences.
- Solid technical skills with experience in working with financial software applications and databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are a plus.
