The Chief Operating Officer position will suit those who can demonstrate a track record of success in delivering outcomes in a changing dynamic environment. Ideally you will bring a blend of broad and deep experiences leading cross functional teams for organisational operational success. You will have a solid understanding of public sector frameworks and requirements for service procurement. You will have a demonstrated capacity to quickly develop an extensive understanding of the strategic and operational requirements of The Gordon and you will have a focus on improvement and efficiency. Your success will come through delivering improvements for The Gordon. To be successful you will exemplify public service integrity and The Gordon’s values. You will role model curiosity, innovation and collaboration. You will be self-aware, positive in considering and respecting a range of ideas and perspectives.
