About the Opportunity We have exciting opportunities for experienced General Assistants to join our Operations teams at our Villages located across the Bowen Basin, Gunnedah Basin, and Pilbara Regions. Village size varies from 300 to 3000 rooms. This role will require the successful applicants to work across multiple departments including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Retail. Casual and Full-time positions available.
- Casual positions consist of allocated work as required, no on-going roster or hours guaranteed.
- Full-time, permanent positions consist of on-going rotating rosters (roster options may vary per Village).
- Rostered Shifts of:
- Full-time permanent positions, 9.5 hours including 30 min unpaid break
- Casual positions, 8.5 hours including 30 min unpaid break

- Demonstrated relevant work experience, preferably in the commercial hospitality industry
- Experience in high volume and detailed cleaning in a food and/or housekeeping environment
- Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team
- Capability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work, day and/or night shifts if required for your role
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or be willing to obtain
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical including alcohol and drug screening
- A National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain
- Documentation to prove working rights within Australia
- Good communication skills
- Experience with cash handling (highly regarded)
- Remote work experience (highly regarded)
- Current Driver's Licence (highly regarded)
