Tasks
Job Function & Skills You are responsible for managing both employer relations and candidate management. Industry Relations Create new and manage current recruitment partners on their hiring needs. Propose digitalize recruitment solutions to improve workplace productivity by referring candidates from our upskilled local talent pool. Your daytoday activities include leads generation sales engagement and account management. Candidate Management Act as a career coach and guide learners in the process of job search. To be able to mentor on resume writing building on interview skills and sharing tips on effective job search techniques while also mapping them to the job opportunities you bring through your industry relations efforts. To increase your productivity you will analyze data to improvise and innovate. Team Structure Reporting directly to the Talent Head you will be working alongside your peers in learning management & digital marketing to achieve your placement goals.Requirements
Requirements- B2B experience is a plus;
- Has a very strong experience in career coaching and resume writing;
- Has a good background in Talent Management;
- Proficient in using ChatGPT.
- Ex Singapore Recruiters now relocated back in Malaysia are welcomed to apply;
- Candidate can be in Malaysia or requires work permit in Singapore;
- Network/familiarity within the tech industry;
- Monday to Friday

- Career Coaching: 2 years (Preferred)
- Resume Writing: 2 years (Preferred)
