Payroll Supervisor

Job Description

• Responsible for the monthly payroll calculation and ensure that all employee transactions have been accurately reflected in the calculation.
• Managing the payroll process and calculating the monthly Incentives and transactions to be reflected in monthly payroll sheet.
• Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
• Ensure the accuracy of payroll information through review, audit, and analysis of employee time sheets, payroll records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with payroll-related regulations regarding wage garnishments, taxes and other deductions.
• Reviewing the employees' Monthly Attendance, Deducting the absenteeism, late, early leave and penalties from their salaries.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to HR Manager and analyze employee data regularly.
• Responding to employees’ inquiries, requests and handling employees complaints

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, accounting, finance, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in payroll management or a similar accounting role
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, taxation
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Solid Experience in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Excellent understanding of financial principles and the ability to reconcile payroll with financial records.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Excellent Communication and organization skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet strict payroll deadlines and manage multiple priorities
