Experience in startups and consulting companies will be an advantage Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate; Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in operations management and marketing roles Role Summary : This role will focus on the experience and engagement of the Zepto riders across all cities! Working closely with the local market, we want to drive engagement & great experience for the riders. In this role, you need to work a lot with our riders and with a number of different stakeholders while understanding data and building on insights to improve the rider experience. - The role is wide ranging, encompassing the efficient management of rider engagement activities through a range of projects including social events, sporting events, performance management, cultural change and corporate responsibility.
- Establish regular communications to the fleet (newsletter, emailers, push notifications, blog posts etc...).
- Ownership over the rider content calendar & ongoing rider content generation (including visual & tonality guides, content pillars with themes & topics)
- Lead the content distribution across different owned and earned channels.
- Monitoring of technological, organisational and process changes in the company, then synthesis and communication with the riders.
- Visiting cities and meeting riders.
- Organisation of meeting events between delivery personnel and office staff
- Establishment of an employee satisfaction metric, reporting of the situation per city to management, synthesis and feedback.
- Develop training content for riders.
- You will use a range of rider feedback to regularly update/inform activities, including our internally generated feedback
- Analyze and recognize patterns in rider data (i.e. metrics such as employee survey results, feedback from customers, etc) to shape engagement activities, drive action through the line, maximize impact and evaluate success.
- Build relationships and collaborate across the business to understand and meet rider engagement requirements, whilst providing high levels of internal customer service. You will partner with rider managers, 3PLs and line colleagues to understand, meet the employee engagement needs of differing business areas and minimize churn levels to minimal.

- People with working knowledge of SQL is a plus
