We are looking for a strong administrator to join our Client Profile & Information Management team. As part of this busy team, you will be involved in ensuring Davy Private Clients receive excellent service when opening an account at Davy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Input Investor Profiles, liaise with Wealth Management teams
  • Ensure Investor Profiles are input with attention to detail to minimise error
  • Guarantee all changes to client data are processed in line with SLAs and daily deadlines, Client Asset Regulations, AML Regulations and Internal procedures;
  • Ensure clients are given access to myDavy online services, reissue usernames and passwords and 2FA codes
  • Ensure all documents are completed in their entirety and in a compliant fashion;
  • Ensure client details are input with attention to detail to minimise error
  • Understand and adhere to the rules of Euronext (Dublin), Financial Regulator and EU;
  • Assist in any queries that relation to Investor Profiles, client documentation and client accounts
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services.
  • Experienced in reviewing anti money laundering documentation.
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly MS Word and Excel;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
