Our client, a top Building Contractor, requires a Junior Project Manager to manage commercial and residential building projects in Co. Limerick. Our client, a top Building Contractor, requires a Junior Project Manager to manage commercial and residential building projects in Co. Limerick. The ideal candidate will be an experienced engineer looking to make the step up. All training will be provided. The position will pay the market rates and comes with an expensed vehicle. Responsibilities: Taking overall responsibility for delivery of projects Advising on staff requirements In conjunction with Planning Department, preparing detailed construction programmes Ensuring works are carried out in compliance with contract requirements Ensuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety standards In conjunction with the Construction Director, manage all contractual issues to ensure risk to the company is minimised Maintain good client and design team relations Attend client/design team meetings Prepare monthly reports for Project Review meetings In conjunction with the Project QS, appoint subcontractors as required for the project The ideal candidate will have: Site Engineer experience on construction projects in Ireland or the UK A Degree in Civil Engineering or similar Experience managing building projects The right to work in the EU Please apply with your CV below or contact Bobby on 087-916 0169 If this position isn’t for you but you would like to discuss our other vacancies then feel free to get in touch or to suggest a colleague for the position as we have an attractive referral policy.
