Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Dublin Ireland Salary: DOE Job Description: Our Client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry with a proven track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing and managing budgets and schedules for construction projects
- Conducting quantity takeoffs and measurements
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers and contractors
- Ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations
- Managing risk and providing commercial advice to the project team
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and procedures
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
