Telecoms Network Operations Analyst Our Clients, a large company in the Telecoms sector, is looking to recruit a Network Operations Analyst for a contract position. The role will be hybrid, and based in their City Centre office 2-3 days a week. The Role: The network Operations Analyst will be responsible for the following areas and tasks:

  • Providing technical expertise on the operations of mobile and fixed networks, including but not limited to:
    • Network incidents;
    • Network risk and resilience;
    • Network performance; and
    • Network monitoring.
  • Assisting staff in providing (including drafting) internal technical advice on existing and emerging network technology; and
  • Assisting in the project and service management of unit programs, including: meeting preparation and organising, research, minute and note taking;
  • Updating and maintaining best practice in processes and procedures in order to support the network operations unit work programme.
The Person:
  • A recent graduate in an Engineering, Science or Technology based course;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Numerically literate;
  • Data Analytics; such as data processing and analysis;
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office. Adobe Acrobat and other similar applications;
  • Good general knowledge of science and technical subjects;
  • Demonstrable curiosity and a desire for continuous professional development, including learning and applying, new methods and technologies; and
  • Ability to quickly analyse multiple sources of information and draw accurate conclusions based on the information presented.
