We are looking for a Live Chat Mentor   for one of our investment products .   The product is a fast-growing wellness app focused on mental health. You will play a crucial role by providing immediate and compassionate support to users, guiding them through personal challenges and ensuring a positive app experience. Your main tasks will be:

  • Engaging with app users and providing support as needed;
  • Maintaining a high standard of interaction quality with users;
  • Collaboratively working with the content team to relay user feedback and insights;
  • Continuous self-improvement and skills development through dedicated training sessions
We expect from you:
  • Language proficiency - English C1-C2 or a native speaker/ bilingual;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy;
  • Basic knowledge of mental health principles;
  • Experience in customer support, mental health, wellness, or related fields will be a huge advantage.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
