As a Senior Planner, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a wide range of projects across various sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct thorough analysis and risk assessments to identify potential project constraints and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project objectives are met.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and any potential risks or issues.Utilize industry-leading planning tools and techniques to optimize project performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
