LSEG Risk Intelligence division acquired Global Data Consortium (GDC) in 2022, accelerating our entry into the digital identity space. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Account Manager to grow our existing partner book of business, with a specialized focus in the field of Identity Verification (IDV). The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in IDV solutions, a passion for driving sales through effective partnership, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our partners. We work in a hybrid model. In your role, you will be asked to work 3 times a week from the office. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow LSEG's partner network in the identity verification sector.
  • Serve as a technical expert in IDV, assisting partners and sales teams in understanding and promoting our solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
  • Act as the primary liaison between LSEG and partners for service health issues, ensuring swift resolution and communication.
  • Introduce and drive adoption of new Risk Intelligence solutions amongst partners.
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales teams to introduce them to key partner contacts and facilitate new sales.
  • Collaborate with partners on joint marketing and sales campaigns to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular feedback to internal teams (Product, Sales, Strategy and Business) on market trends, partner needs, and product feedback.
  • Conduct QBRs/MBRs with assigned partners
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner account management, preferably in the identity verification industry.
  • Strong understanding of identity verification technologies and market trends. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and events.
