Overview of Workforce 4.0 Team Workforce 4.0 enables Temasek's ecosystem (which consist of our Temasek Portfolio Companies and value chain partners) and enhances the human capital journey to achieve long-term sustainable business growth. The team is guided by the key principles of:
- Understanding and addressing workforce-related issues from tripartite stakeholders
- Leveraging Temasek's central awareness, networks and eco-system, to derive aggregated solutions with horizontal effects
- Creating a catalytic effect for our Temasek ecosystem
- Gathering strategic insights on emerging trends, exploring implications to workforce and developing strategies and thought leadership on human capital perspectives; and
- Supporting proactive ecosystem engagement through increasing awareness, identifying gaps and co-curating actionable solutions.
- Research emerging trends, strategic and policy issues that impact the workforce in Temasek's ecosystem
- Conceptualise, validate and stress-test proposals/ideas; as well as
- Develop roadmap for implementation
- Support strategy development and operationise workstreams
- Inter alia , support implementation of Temasek Tripartite Conversations (content development and stakeholder management)
- Support the planning, organisation and management of engagement and networking platforms
- Research and analytical skills
- Stakeholder engagement
- Specific domain knowledge, e.g. workforce development, AI/digital, sustainability, energy
- Effective communication through presentation materials
- Events management
- Currently pursuing a Degree in HR, Humanities/Social Sciences, International Relations, Public Policy, Law, Business Management, Economics, Environmental Sciences or related fields
- Relevant internship experience in government/trade relations or public policy would be a plus
