Tasks

• Integrating Unity into production and adapting the production pipeline to suit the new engine
• Planning delivery deadlines for product orders, monitoring the timing and efficiency of production, managing deviations, resource management 
• Building and managing teams with the help of experienced team leads: evaluating results and helping team members grow, hiring necessary specialists
• Constant analysis of processes with the goal of accelerating production and eliminating unnecessary steps

Requirements

Experience managing a cross-functional team through a layer of leads/managers Experience in building and developing production efficiency monitoring systems  Experience with the game engines Unity/Unreal/other Flexibility.
