What you'll do:

  1. Facilitate the business account opening application process for customers, via interactive digital onboarding platforms.
  2. Liaise with customers for account opening pre-assessment requirements.
  3. Perform KYC patch work for customers who have dropped off from Online Business Account Opening platform.
  4. Conduct customer due diligence and KYC to understand business legitimacy and ensure compliance of mandatory banking policies and procedures.
  5. Ability to identify any potential risks or inconsistencies in the account opening process.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service while guiding customers through the account opening process.
  7. Maintain a high standard of client confidentiality and ensure compliance to bank regulations.
Qualifications About you:
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, while being organized and meticulous.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on customer service.
  • Able to conduct business conversation in Mandarin.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
