- Assess and process refund applications for contributions that are overpaid under various scenarios.
- Correspond with employers and members to clarify or update on refund applications.
- Review, streamline, and automate existing refund business processes.
- Provide operational support to supervisors.
- Handle conditional wage repayable, capping refunds, and other refunds.
- Handle requests to limit employee share to AW ceiling.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties such as system testing and co-curricular activities.
- Previous experience in refund management or financial services preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employers, members, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with process improvement and automation techniques is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position
