  • Assess and process refund applications for contributions that are overpaid under various scenarios.
  • Correspond with employers and members to clarify or update on refund applications.
  • Review, streamline, and automate existing refund business processes.
  • Provide operational support to supervisors.
  • Handle conditional wage repayable, capping refunds, and other refunds.
  • Handle requests to limit employee share to AW ceiling.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties such as system testing and co-curricular activities.
What we are looking for
  • Previous experience in refund management or financial services preferred.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employers, members, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with process improvement and automation techniques is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position
