Human Resources Team Leader

Responsibilities:

1. Implements overall recruitment policies and procedures, and hiring strategies set by the HRD.
2. Uses social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates and prepare matching job postings and optimize the use of the careers section on the website.
3. Screens candidates' resumes and job applications and make sure to expand the CV's backup database.
4. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes and fill the according forms and recruitment trackers.
5. Conducts interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools and the CBI technique and conduct reference check for shortlisted candidates.
