Configuring and maintaining hotel network infrastructure to reliable internet connectivity. Participate in the redesign of applications and other software. Installing, configuring, and updating software applications to meet the hotel operational needs. Providing timely and effective support to staff and guests for IT-related queries and issues Provide training to users in response to identified difficulties.
