As an Restaurant General Manager your job description would be as follows: Establish goals for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs. Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions. Allocate material and human resources to execute organizational policies and programs. Coordinate the work of departments. Represent the firm, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the firm, in negotiations or other official functions. Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning. Education: Bachelor degree. Essential Skills: Should support an entire workplace and should be able to correspond with coworkers regularly. Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Interpersonal awareness Team player Language Requirements: Must be able to communicate in English. Salary: $ 41.10 hourly for 30-40 hours per week.
